Why we care
We hope to bring awareness to the issues that we have within our reefs. Each generation can bring in a different perspective on those issues, which allows for a more detailed solution to the problem. It also allows for the passing on of information over the years.
Taking Action
Educating the community about the issues our coral reefs are facing is very important. My action for this project is educating the Mililani High School marine biology class about Eyes of the Reef and what they should do if they spot an unhealthy reef. The more community members we have watching our reef, the safer it will be for everyone.
